Davao City-based property developer Kisan Lu Lands, Inc. (KLLI) is spending P3 billion for two new projects in Davao City as full development of its four earlier housing projects nears the homestretch.
The P 1 billion 16-hectare Greenwoods project in Mintal, south of the city, will have 650 units; while the P3 billion 48-hectare Plantacion, KLLI’s first venture north of the city, in Mandug, Buhangin District, will have more than 2,000 units.
We will break ground for the two new projects before year-end, said Kristin Lu, KLLI president and chief executive officer, during the recent opening of KLLI’s first satellite office at the third level of SM City Davao.
The company’s ongoing residential housing projects, all located south of the city, are the Amiya, Twin Palms, Villa Conchita and Bambu Estate.
Andrew Bautista, KLLI sales director, said the Greenwoods and Plantacion house-and-lot packages will have the same features of the earlier projects.
But Bautista said KLLI has re-branded its units with glamorous names to attract clients: the uppity “Classic” for low cost housing; “Deluxe” for mid-end, and “Premier” for the high-end package.
Bautista said the company motto of affordability remains attached to the new projects, with clients paying as low as P2,900 monthly for its Classic models.
