“We are advancing in the construction projects,” Danilo A. Manlangit, Damosa Land Inc Assistant Vice President, said.
Manlangit said that the topping-off is truly another special and significant development for DLI.
“We are one step closer into completing another project. Which is a very important milestone to Damosa Land and our partners,” he said.
Seawind Condominium is a six (6) tower condominium designed to be the next living destination for people who are looking to live the very life that they have always wanted. It is the first vertical project for Damosa Land Inc (DLI).
Seawind Condominium is located at Sasa Onse, Davao City.
“With Tower 3, our buyers are given more options”, Damosa Land Inc Vice President Cary Lagdameo said during the Seawind Tower 3 Topping-off ceremony last 8 October 2018 at Sasa Onse. Tower 3 has a total of 180 units composed of 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and studio type units. “The building is more or less the same but we made improvements. So, we were able to add units”, he further added.
Buyers profile is a mixture of young professionals, young executives and Overseas Filipino Workers. Some 60 % are Davao buyers while 24 % of the buyers are OFW’s aiming to put their investment into good, quality use.
“We have a total of 14 studio types at Tower 3”, Manlangit said.
“We made structural changes; more on the building methodology that we use.”, Lagdameo shared. “For Tower 3, we worked with another construction partner from Manila. It became a more efficient way of building for us. Tower 3 began in February 2018. In just 9 months, we have already achieved this level of progress.”, he added.
Changes involved the use of updated materials. “We used flat wall technology which meant more effective, efficient and inexpensive.”, Manlangit shared. The same technology will be used and applied for the remaining towers.
Aside from the scenic towers, Seawind also has an iconic, modern designed clubhouse. For the six towers, there will be two to further cater to their residents. More so, a decent sized commercial center will also be made available.
Of the six towers, 97% units are already sold. Estimated turnover dates for Tower 3 is March 2019 and the 3rd quarter of 2019 for Tower 4. Construction of Towers 4 and 5 is on-going.
Lagdameo is hopeful that the tower will be finished within the year or January of next year.
Onto their other projects, Agriya is moving along and has since started development. “One of the biggest for Agriya is the ceremonial event with UP Los Banos.”, Lagdameo shared. Total subdivisions for Agriya is 3; the first being 9-ha big.
For Anflo Industrial Estate, it is briskly selling its lots. To date, inquiries are mostly coming from multinational companies. 60 % sold wherein inauguration is slated in January 2019.
