    The Davao City government is building a P10 million rehabilitation facility for minor children in conflict with the law. To rise on a 7000 square meter city government property in Bago Oshiro in Tugbok district, the facility would have a full staff of doctors, psychologists and social workers to attend to the rehabilitation of minor offenders charged with serious crimes, said Maria Luisa Bermudo, head of the City Social Services and Development Office (CSSDO).
